Apartment 1907

High above the sea link, Apartment 1907 is an exercise in restraint. We removed every non-structural wall and rebuilt the plan around the horizon: each room now frames exactly one view, and nothing competes with it.

The palette is a single gradient — pale oak floors, bone plaster walls, and a smoked-oak service core that holds kitchen, storage and services in one dark, quiet block.

Loose furniture is a dialogue of eras: mid-century Indian teak pieces restored by the studio, alongside contemporary work from young makers in Mumbai and Jaipur.
