Roomantic is a full-service architecture and interior design studio. We design homes, hotels and workplaces that are quietly luxurious, deeply personal and built to age beautifully.
What we do
Most projects fall apart between consultants. Ours don't — architecture, interiors and styling are designed together, by the same team, from day one.
01New builds, extensions and adaptive reuse — from concept design through municipal approvals to site supervision. We design in section and in sunlight, not just in plan.
02Complete interiors for homes, hotels and offices: spatial planning, custom joinery, lighting, and finishes resolved down to the last shadow gap.
03The final, decisive layer — loose furniture, art placement, textiles and objects, sourced or made, so a finished site becomes a finished home.

We believe the best rooms are the ones you stop noticing — where light, proportion and material are so well resolved that the space simply feels inevitable. That takes fewer gestures, chosen harder.

We start with your life, not our portfolio: how you wake, cook, gather, work, rest. Site study, measured survey and a brief we write together.
Concept design — plans, volumes, palettes and reference imagery. We present two directions and refine one until it feels inevitable.
Every drawing needed to build: joinery details, lighting layouts, stone schedules, and a transparent bill of quantities.
Our site team runs weekly reviews with photographic documentation, so you always know what happened, what's next and what it costs.
Furniture lands, art goes up, shelves are dressed. We hand over a home — then come back at six months to see how it's living.

Questions
Design fees typically run 8–12% of the construction budget, quoted precisely after a scoping call. For interiors, most clients invest ₹2,500–₹4,500 per sq ft in construction and furnishing depending on finishes. We publish a transparent bill of quantities before you commit to build.
A single-room edit runs 6–10 weeks. Full home interiors take 7–11 months from first meeting to styled handover. Ground-up architecture is typically 18–30 months including approvals. We commit to a dated programme at the end of concept design.
Yes. The studio is based in Bengaluru with active projects in Mumbai, Goa, Hyderabad, Kochi and Jaipur. For remote sites we pair our design team with a vetted local execution partner and travel for every critical stage.
We can, after a qualification round — we share our drawing standards and a sample detail package to make sure the fit is right. Many clients prefer our empanelled contractors, who already build to our tolerances.
Our Room Edit engagement exists exactly for this: one room, fully resolved. It is also how many clients begin before trusting us with the whole house.
Three things: we design around light before layout; we draw everything (no 'as per vendor' details); and we stay accountable after handover with a six-month living review. The result is fewer surprises and rooms that age well.
